“Therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale.”
Hi, I’m Brittany. I help people slow down, make sense of what they’re feeling, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy.
Many people come to therapy believing they should already know how to handle what they’re going through. They tell themselves they should be stronger, calmer, or more certain than they feel.
But being human means experiencing uncertainty, stress, change, and emotion. Sometimes life moves faster than our ability to process it. Sometimes old patterns quietly shape how we show up without us realizing it.
Therapy creates space to slow down and understand those experiences with curiosity instead of judgment.
My role isn’t to tell you who to be. It’s to help you reconnect with who you already are beneath the noise, expectations, and overwhelm.herapy creates space to slow down and understand those experiences with curiosity instead of judgment
Why I became a therapist
I became a therapist because I know what it's like to face challenges that change the way you see yourself and the world around you. Through my own experiences, I discovered the incredible value of having someone who could offer support, perspective, and practical tools during difficult seasons. That experience inspired me to become the kind of therapist I once needed.
I believe that healing isn't about becoming a different person—it's about learning to understand yourself with greater compassion, building resilience, and creating a life that aligns with your values. Whether you're navigating anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD, trauma, or feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, my goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered.
Being a therapist is more than my profession—it's a privilege. I feel honored to walk alongside people as they gain confidence, overcome obstacles, and discover that meaningful change is possible.
I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and human.
What It’s Like to Work Together
Clients often describe our sessions as conversational, supportive, and grounding.
You won’t be expected to perform or present a perfect version of yourself here. Some days you may come with clear goals. Other days you may not know where to begin, and that’s completely okay.
Together, we:
explore patterns with curiosity rather than criticism
develop practical tools you can use in everyday life
build emotional awareness and confidence
create space for honesty, reflection, and growth
Therapy moves at your pace. There is no “right way” to do it.
