Hi, I'm Brittany, and I'm so glad you're here.

If you're reading this, chances are something in your life feels heavier than you'd like it to. Maybe anxiety has you constantly overthinking, perfectionism keeps convincing you that you're never doing enough, ADHD makes everyday tasks feel overwhelming, or past experiences continue to shape the way you see yourself and the world. Whatever brings you here, you don't have to figure it out alone.

I became a therapist because I genuinely believe people are capable of healing, growth, and creating lives that feel more fulfilling. While my clinical training provides the foundation for my work, my own life experiences have also shaped who I am as a therapist. Having navigated personal challenges of my own, I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help, to feel stuck, and to wonder if things can really get better. Those experiences have given me a deep sense of empathy and compassion, and they allow me to connect with clients in a genuine and meaningful way.

One of my favorite parts of being a therapist is getting to know the person behind the struggles. I believe you're so much more than a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, without pressure, and without feeling like you have to have it all together.

My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I'll meet you with compassion, but I'll also gently challenge you when it helps you grow. Together, we'll build skills, explore the patterns keeping you stuck, celebrate the wins (big and small), and help you create a life that feels more meaningful and authentic. Healing doesn't have to happen in a perfectly serious room; sometimes the best breakthroughs come when you feel comfortable enough to simply be yourself.

Outside of the therapy office, you'll usually find me staying active, spending time outdoors, or finding my next challenge. I believe our mental and physical well-being are deeply connected, and I love helping people discover strengths they didn't realize they had—both in therapy and in life.
